I have posted a similar project before. I have had a LOT of problems getting work done by bidder. Instead of doing all 50 states, this project is much smaller, for only 2 states of Wyoming and Wisconsin.
If work is done well, you may be able to do other states for me after this project.
This project is to collect, sort and archive current email addresses.
This is only for current emails of educators (teachers) in the USA. You will collect these is an Excel file. In Excel file will be 2 tabs. 1 for each state you are doing. You will need to research BOTH public and private colleges and universities. This is not for high school, only college level, 2 year or more.
You may have to go to multiple websites to get all information you need. You will likely have to go to the main website for each college, then go 1-by-1 to each departments page and go to directory/contacts.
You will need to ensure ALL institutions in each state are completed and ALL teacher emails at each college is completed. You can find lists of each college, in each state on various websites such as Wikipedia.
It is up to you to find all of them, then go to the appropriate website. There you will look at copy/paste email addresses into the Excel file.
I can have up to 2 milestones. I will release 50% of payment when the first state is completed. Then 50% when the next state is completed.
I will only release milestones once I have verified your work. So, do not make up false emails. Also, do not skip or fail to include all colleges and universities. If it appears you are trying to not do all colleges in effort to cheat, I will dispute milestone release and cancel project.
This is VERY TIME SENSITIVE. I need this work done QUICKLY. So please give real estimate of time to finish as i will use this in award decision
