CVG requires the services of a “Research Scientist” in the field of dealing with OLED, LCD, FPD and the design of OLED, PHOLED, AMOLED, FOLED, WOLED, TOLED and to those know what OLED are they are (Organic Light-Emitting Diode). To be apart of our company we require that the ideal service provider should have the following:
Work & Educational Experience Required:
o Degree in Technical Field is required with emphasis in Materials Science and Thin Film Devices
o Experience in LCD, OLED, FPD
o Experience in OLED Materials i.e.
1. Light Emitting Homopolymers
2. Light Emitting Copolymers
3. Light Emitting Oligomers
4. Electrofluorescent Metal Complexes
5. Electrophosphorescent Metal Complexes
6. Hole Transport Molecules
7. Hole Transport Polymers
8. Organic Intermediates
o Experience in research and development and transfer in to business applications.
o Practical experience with thin film deposition techniques including PECVD, thermal evaporation and photo-lithography.
o Strong communication skills – will be accustomed to participating in high-level technical discussions, while at the same time, possessing the ability to discuss complex technology in clear discernable terms.
o Writing technical reports and scientific papers
Required Duties & Responsibilities
o Design OLED Display, OLED Lighting applications
o Develop technical calculations, and formulas for manufactures and fabricators to follow when making the OLED
o Provide clear reports on using the OLED in electronic and display applications.
o Provide consultation in the development of OLED applications
Budget, Compensation, & Policies of Working Relationship
o The contract with CVG will be for 3 months. Payment will be paid in 21 day cycles in the 3 month contract period. Estimated budget for services provide is $15,000.00 USD for the 3 month contract period
o Background information will be required. A complete CV (resume) will also be asked to verify experience, and work history as well as educational experience.
o Daily meetings through online messenger and when required through phone to verify and discuss required issues.
o A legal services contract agreement package will be required to have verified information and official signatures to officially commence the business relationship.
o Contract time-frame for services rendered will be for 3 months (90) days.
