Computer science /webdev puzzle challenge

I need help solving a puzzle that someone created – a sort of a treasure hunt. To help me, you probably need some skills within webdev/tor/encryption. I don't have that but will know how to solve the puzzle once I get the technical help.
I have some leads, including a couple of keys that look like this: C0B314CB-C3E4-41D6-BD71-9A09203DD2FA.
There are also some leads on an onion site suggesting that we look into TLS data.
I'm guessing that someone with the right skills could help me solve the puzzle in a few hours.
