Send package to Amazon FBA (US residents)

We need a US resident to send a package to Amazon FBA on our account.
The process is very simple:
1. The person provides us with his US address
(must be a address he has personal access to, not mail forwarding companies)
2. He/She receives our package (from a US seller)
3. We provide 2 labels that need to be placed outside the box
- A shipping prepaid label
- An Amazon label
4. He/She ships the box.
5. Once the box arrives at the Amazon warehouse, payment is made.
