Fix insecure content on Prestashop

We have activated a GeoTrust SSL Certificate on our website [login to view URL]
As there still is a lot of insecure content like images, the cerrtificate is not yet fully activated and the green lock isn't showing. I need someone to fix this so the green lock will show.
