Redirecting to https in [login to view URL] page

Ho OK, I need a few lines of vb.net code that ensures the following:
If a user visits website using [login to view URL], I need to redirect to https://www.website.com.
If a user visits website using [login to view URL] (no www.), I need that to redirect to https://www.website.com.
In other words, all requests must go to [login to view URL]
