provision a basic Django server to accept http POST data in JSON

We will provide a hosted machine to run the server on.

We will need a demo URL, something like [login to view URL] could be used for demo?

Not entirely sure how to encode an image into JSON

As bandwidth costs money the JSON label fields should be short.

We can provide a demo app on iOS that lets a user:

set up contact details, read plate, grab image + location, create https POST JSON requests

and act on returned JSON.
