I need a qualified developer to produce a mobile application and website (Dashboard template will be provided) that can access data records from my continuously updated local Microsoft SQL Server. Both solutions should allow for real-time data extraction and display.
Key Requirements:

- The apps need to accurately access and display data from a Microsoft SQL Server data base.
Ideal Skills and Experience:
- Proficiency in mobile application development (iOS and Android Operating Systems)
- Skilled in web-based programming languages such as HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and PHP.
- Strong understanding of database connectivity and manipulation using SQL.
- Prior experience with Microsoft SQL Server is mandatory.
- Ability to design user-friendly interfaces for both mobile and web platforms.

Sales figures (receiving payments and selling products) and inventory are always changing and updating after every minute. User account, employee schedule, daily sales, shift sales, purchase orders, stock receive, bill payments, and other figures are also being changed time by time in a day. These updates need to be accessed on the cell phone in the form of readable and printable reports.
A user creates an account (authorized by the store owner) on the website and is able to access the information allowed by the software (setup in the user access rights). User, cashier, supervisor, manager, admin, owner everyone has a profile setup in the software.
