Mac OS Application - Data streaming from odds comparison site

I need an application running on my mac to download following data of a trustworthy odds comparison site like [url removed, login to view], [url removed, login to view] or [url removed, login to view]:
Two separate parts:
1) CURRENT: odds of matches played in the next days
2) ARCHIVE: odds and results of matches played in the past

The app should be designed in that way, that I only need to click on an 'update' button to start the streaming process. Preferably with a preselection page to select the required leagues, bookmakers, periods of time etc.
Please only make a proposal for the project, if you have sufficient experience with Mac OS. It is crucial that the app runs on following system:
- OS X El Capitan, Version 10.11.4
- Microsoft Excel for Mac 2011, Version 14.5.9 (151119)
