English OCR (Manual Conversion of PDF to Editable PDF in English)

I need to have a 75 page PDF document converted or digitized into a PDF with searchable text. The PDF in question is a product catalogue with tables, text and images on every page. I tried using Abby FineReader 12 to do the OCR work automatically, but there were several typos and missed text.
I have added an example of one of the pages to this. Every page is slightly different, but they all have tables like in the attached image.
Requirements :

2. Daily Minimum Output as per Commitment
Bidder needs to submit sample of at least 1 Page from the attached PDF for their bid to be considered. For best results, bidder will either recreate the entire document manually, or use OCR with human inspection on EVERY page to get rid of any typos and make sure ALL of the text is being converted into dynamic text.
