Copy the address data that you find in the attached PDF of 90 pages into an Excel file (screenshot example attached).
Skip all contacts that have no member type or no email address.
Attached is an screenshot of an Excel sheet with the first 6 contacts of the pdf processed. This will give you the necessary examples to see which data goes into which field. Notice that these first 6 contacts only result in 3 records in the Excel. This due to the fact that the 3 other records don't have an Member type specified and therefor are disregarded.
