Write a very simple/short C++ app

Read in the below file [login to view URL] into a struct called myStruct. Please note the number of rows in this csv file is forever changing but the number of columns is fixed.
myStruct should contain:
int id
string product
string route
int dateFrom
int dateTo
int dateStamp
string username
Once the struct is built a map should be created called myMap. myMap should be the pairing of <id, myStruct> where id is each unique combination of id AND product (in [login to view URL]) and myStruct is the the line in the csv with the latest 'dateStamp' field.
Please provide a method to print all of myMap and myMap(id)
This should be written in C++ for Linux with well commented code.
