I need someone to build a sample PC program that runs on Windows PC. It needs to have an installer that can be downloaded from the Web and installed on a PC running Windows XP. Once installed, it needs to:

1) Run as a tray icon on the PC (i.e. alongside with Windows Messenger and other programs).

2) Support mouse right-click on the tray icon to display 3-5 menu options.

3) A dialog box with multiple tabs that is displayed when selecting one menu item. The tab that is highlighted depends on the menu selected. Each tab has a title.

4) In one tab of the dialog, there are two text fields: user name and password. It It also includes a checkbox. In another tab, there is one text box.

5) Compliant with all the Windows program requirements.

Need this ASAP. Budget $50.

In addition, the menu also provides for stopping the program. When a user selects the menu to stop the program. display a pop-up dialog asking for confirmation.

The program tray icon has two runtime states: okay and error.
