I simply need a developer based in India or Eastern Europe who can find me an SMS API which I can use for my UK based website. I simply want the winning bidder to search for and provide me with a list of SMS APIs I can use (i.e. who cover the UK)

I want the SMS API to be based in India or similar low cost location, and have full UK coverage. (i.e. ability to send messages across the UK, but also receive from the UK.

Obviously, the reason I want the service to be based in India is the significantly lower cost. As a guide, I am looking to find a provider who can provide the service for around 40 paisas per message (obviously, anything cheaper would be even better)
