HighRes PDFs Created from Word DOC prototype

I have 3 Word Docs which are a prototype - they are attached to this bid. I need high resolution PDF's created for them. The specifications are as follows: Full document size: 11.10" x 8.63", 282mm x 219mm, 3331 x 2588 pixels Artwork trim size: 10.98" x 8.50", 279mm x 216mm, 3295 x 2551 pixels The job will not be complete until the document proof is accepted by the printing company. I can send them the proof online, so it should not take long. The PDF's must also be able to be printed on a normal PC printer. The specifications of the artwork may need to be modified to allow this, so a PC printable version of each sheet may need to be created. The current Word doc has low resolution graphics for the company logo and the embedded image. I have high-resolution graphics for both. The high resolution graphics need to be in the final PDF. I will provide them to the winning bidder. I need the the source files for all PDF's created. You may use whatever program (Adobe PhotoShop, etc) you prefer.
## Deliverables
1) Complete PDF's in the specifications described as well as complete source files of all work done.
2) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement).
