Ghostwriter Needed for Scrum Blog - Helping People Transform How They Work

I’m looking for an experienced ghostwriter to eloquently transcribe into blog posts my ideas about Scrum, the Agile paradigm, and various supplemental practices and mental models. The blog posts will help me reach an audience beyond the confines of my physical environment.
All teams and businesses experience friction in some shape or form. Many may sense that there must be better ways to work, however, they’re often unable to pinpoint and articulate their concerns, much less craft solutions.
My overarching objective is to help teams and organisations improve how they work, by making transparent “invisible” frictions, and providing pragmatic solutions to challenges. I definitely don’t have all the answers but I want to pass on what I have learned.
I would like to start with one blog post. If all goes well, I’ll require 2-4 posts per month, on an ongoing basis.
Experience:
Prior experience with Scrum and Agile advantageous
Experience in software development and with the SDLC is a plus
Experience writing blog posts on technical subject matter a bonus
Original Content: Post must be unique and not published elsewhere
Edits: I would like to review the work at least twice before the final draft
Word Count: Between 2000-2300 words
Language: Written in Fluent British-English
SEO: Follow best practices
Research: Additional research to be done
NDA: Must be willing to sign an NDA
