Couple of points here :
- We do not need people who write articles, here we need a blogger who can actually write in a conversational style.
- we have the entire content strategy in place, so we know at least for next 6 months what is that we are going to write on.
- Keeping it simple, keep the blog very conversational and real life. Where the reader can relate to in their day to day business.
- Every blog post- we will tell you who is the target audience . Is it the HR / training head or an individual manager or any one in training , HR field. The connect would change.
- We will also give you the broad structure if the blog, the flow and may be few sentences / gist of it. The blogger needs to write around it.
