Increase ADC conversion speed on an ST Nucleo 144 H743ZI

We have a small Arduino sketch which reads the ADC on 4 pins and outputs the data to the serial port. We are using Arduino Core for STM32 but the analogRead function of Arduino is very slow.
We need the ADC to run much faster and we've seen it's possible to implement this using DMA or other options.
For an experienced programmer should be a quick and easy task.
