Apps developer needed for on-demand parcel delivery apps

Im posting this job from Malaysia where on-demand parcel delivery has yet to step foot on. The basic three application must be included 1. Customer apps, 2. Driver apps 3. Admin dashboard with the following features and some basic feature..
1. Customer Apps
- Phone Number Verification, Customer Registration/Login, Pickup Location, Drop-off Location, Add Drop-off Location button with maximum 10 drop-off location(with Receiver name and phone number), auto generate best route for the delivery, Type of Vehicle selection, Estimated distance and price, Auto sms to Receiver on delivery ETA and real time tracking link after parcel been collected. Real time tracking on Delivery for Sender and Receiver on Customer Apps, Rating system and lastly payment system via Wallet or cash.
2. Driver Apps
-Phone Number Verification, Signup/signin page, Offline/online option, Display 2 nearest jobs for choosing with destination/estimated duration/fees, Driver must choose within 30 Second or account automatic logout for 5 minute, Delivered confirmation signature on each stop/ miss delivery button.
3. Admin Dashboard.....
