10 minute motion comic assignment

This job is for the creation of a short 10 minute motion comic of a screenplay. All the written work has been completed, and some character sketches have been done to support the plot.
The genre is a dark, supernatural Action/Sci-Fi/Thriller, with much blood and gore, I need catchy designs to encompass the sinister environment.
I will need voiceover talent, and a musical soundtrack, so I am open to other connections you may have.
Each scene would need to be drawn. I have character sketches, so you won't need to create the characters from scratch.
The animation can be done in After Effects or Flash, and I am open to other platforms. My primary focus for this is the artistic illustrations.
It can be edited in Premiere Pro.
The comic will be color.
