I am looking for an experienced mobile app developer/programmer that can help me in creating a video call/chat app for android devices.
What I need is a simple Video Call/Chat App, simliar to WhatsApp, with texting. The ability to add people using their registered phone number.
**I need it to be standalone and not tied to a third party service that costs extra for the users like twilio, skype, etc. unless its free and never need to pay for anything.
**I need it to be unbranded or at least white label so that i can customize it with my company name.
**If you know of any apps already pre-built and just needed reskin, then im open to that as well.
