Create an Android / IOS App (Basic)

The project being requested is for a client Silbak Plowing LLC and Silbak Partners. The project involves working with a design team that currently has a working semi prototype of the App requested. We are looking for a programmer that would be willing to work with the designers to Program the app with provided graphics, and the design team has the capabilities of including lines of the prototype already written. We are looking for a programmer who has experience with writing both IOS and Android. The prototype is provided with IOS look and feel, but easily modified for Android use too. We are looking for the app to have the capabilities of GEO-Location, Time and Date Sync, profile editing and future Store option. The programmer would work with a Design Team to simplify the work load that would provide things like vector designs, png files for any and all designs, dimensions if required everything. Once a programmer is chosen, and an NDA is signed, more information will be shared for more detailed description of the job.
If any more information is required to develop the app, the design team is on standby ready to work with Adobe Xd, Avocode and other software’s to make sure the Programmer/ Developer have all the resources ready at their finger tips to have no issues while creating the app. Any and all requests shall, and must be completed within two (2) hours of request to make sure the developers are not being wasted of their time. The programmers / Development team will be assigned a designer who will give all information or requests with no issues. The contact will be direct so there is no miscommunication between teams. All input from the Designers, and Programmers is encouraged if the app could/ would work better and all input will be discussed and decided within two (2) hour period for the most efficient product. Time may vary if an emergency situation arises which will be pushed up the command of team to make sure someone else will take care of the situation and fix any issues, or questions regarding.
