I am in need of a part-time bookkeeper/data entry specialist to help with monthly financial tasks.
- Software: We use Excel for our bookkeeping and data entry tasks.
- Frequency: The assistance will be required monthly, making it a recurring project that's ideal for someone seeking a consistent workload.
- Tasks: The primary duty will be logging daily financial data for the monthly income. This includes categorizing, reconciling, and ensuring the accuracy of the data.
Batches will be sent monthly and need to be processes within 72 hours of receiving .
Ideal candidates should have:
