I need some Graphic Design done and a template created for a sales flyers.

I need to have a 1 page template designed that we can input pictures and text into easily for all of our different products. I will upload some current ones that we have built but would like to make it look a little nicer. I would like to stick to the same general idea with having our Divisions list. (Equipment Rentals, Fluid Management, Casing Services, Equipment Hauling, Fuel Management, Remote Communications). I would like the ability to be able to easily add/delete pictures/ text /tables, while keeping the same format on any of the sheets that I need to create/change. I would like to keep the color scheme of grey/silver and blue.
