Create 85 Social Media Marketing Posts

Need help writing interesting & engaging social media posts relating to realty/real estate ideals. The posts will be on Twitter and Facebook. Total project payment is $35 upon completion.
Please use proper, professional English and ensure correct spelling. I have attached an Excel spreadsheet which you should utilize for the posts. Please be aware of the pre-colored cells as they indicate posts as they should relate to a holiday, etc. It is okay and preferred to be creative and generate posts that are neighboring holidays relevant to that particular holiday. (Valentine's and Easter for example)
Posts may include a mixture of the following topics:
-realty tips
-budgeting tips on your home/finances
-colorado real estate facts
-home decor ideas
-home entertainment ideas
-remodeling or decorating ideas for 2017
-home security
-unique home technology
-green living tips
Key things:
1. Include web links to website resources from where info is obtained.
2. As mentioned, I will need you to use the template on the attached Excel spreadsheet. Dates are pre-filled for you.***(Note: Don't worry about images, as I will supply them. I just need help with the posts!)
3. $35 is the total amount to be paid upon project completion, not per post.
