Hola, estoy buscando tener toda la información necesaria de diseño para un tanque de 20 mil lts que almacenará agua potable y será repartida en un camión (pipa). Los materiales a considerar son acero inoxidable y acero al carbón. Se requiere ensamble en 3D, SolidWorks preferentemente, láminas en calibre 10 y 3/16. Deberá contar con escotilla superior para su ingreso y diseño de rompeolas interior. Además de esto contará con un cajón donde albergará una motobomba de 5 hp para el bombeo del agua.
Actualmente se cuenta con soldadores, la idea de este proyecto es tener una lista de materiales exacta y los archivos necesarios para mandar doblar y rolar las láminas y así que nuestro personal ya solo ensamble y suelden las piezas.
Hello, I am looking to have all the necessary design information for a 20 thousand liter tank that will store drinking water and will be distributed in a truck (pipe). Materials to consider are stainless steel and carbon steel. 3D assembly required, SolidWorks preferably 10 and 3/16 gauge sheets. It must have a top hatch for entry and interior breakwater design. In addition to this, it will have a drawer where it will house a 5 hp motor pump for pumping the water.
Currently we have welders, the idea of this project is to have an exact list of materials and the necessary files to send the sheets to be bent and rolled so that our staff just assemble and weld the pieces.
