Contest Brief

This is a contest on Web Search Analytic Skills.

Research the total number of searches for specific keywords, in specific US geographical areas, reporting both monthly and annual searches.

Requirements:
English Speaking
Attention to Detail
Capable of clear, concise direction

TEST:
Step 1: Determine the total number of searches, monthly and annually for the keyword “Chiropractor” through all search engines in the following 23 cities in the state of Florida:

Ocala
Lakeland
Fort Myers
Naples Port
St Lucie
Titusville
Altamont Springs
Oviedo
Winter Park
Kissimmee
St. Cloud
Fort Walton
Beach
Pensacola
Sarasota
Bradenton
Melbourne
Daytona Beach
St. Augustine
Gainesville
Panama City
Tallahassee
Jacksonville

Step 2: Go to Google, and search for “Chiropractor” in each city. Example "Chiropractor, Ocala Florida". When the map appears there will be 3 top listings with the option lower to select, “more places”, as on the attachment “more places Ocala”. Clicl "more places".

Starting at the top of the list, click on each website link, copy the web address, and paste it to the attached excel "Florida search". The city of Ocala has already had the links added on the attached excel as an example.

Step 3. Determine the exact number of visits to all top 10 websites for each city on the list, and report the numbers both as monthly and and annual hits/unique visits, then report that number in the excel row “Website searches”.

The data required is:
1. Total number of searches for the search term “Chiropractic” for each of the 23 cities listed.
2. Copy the web addresses of the top 10 listings, in order of listing (top to bottom) and paste in the proper row under “Website (number)”
3. Report the total number of web visits, for each of the websites searched for, and report on the row “Website searches" (number).

TASKS:
First: Return the attached excel completed accurately with
1. Total number of Chiropractic searches for each city
2. Chiropractic website addresses
3. The total number of website visits for each individual chiropractic webpage

Second: Report the amount of time this task took you in minutes.

Winner or winners will be determined by:
1. The amount of time required to complete this project
2. Accuracy of data
3. Turn around time (time from accepting challenge to returning results)

The winner or winners of this contest will receive $200 and the possibility for 10-15 hours of weekly work for the next several months.

  My question is, "You have wanted monthly and annual traffic of those websites. Are you asking total traffic of those websites on all keywords? or just for the keywords like "Chiropractor, Ocala FLorida"?
