I'm updating my work uniform, and rather than just stick my logo on a t-shirt like usual, since there are some pretty bad-ass designers here, I thought it would be cool to get something original designed, so it looks a bit more modern and contemporary rather than the same-old!

I need a design that will work across both a fitted t-shirt and a racer-back tank-top. It doesn't have to be identical, but should be complimentary.

They will be worn by both male and female team members.

Both of these garments will come in two colour variations:

1) Black
2) Lime green

You can use up to two colours on each garment:

1) White and Green print on the black one
2) White and Black print on the green one

You don't have to use both if one colour variation works best for your vision.

These will be cut-vinyl printed, NOT screen printed, so design can't be too intricate (so no particle or dispersion type effects, for example).

The logo needs to go on the front, and on the back will be the job title. You can use the job title "Elite Trainer" for your designs.

I've included the logo in 3 versions:

1) Original Green and White logo
2) Mono Black
3) Mono White

You could also make mono green if that fits your design, I just haven't!

Outside of those requirements, anything goes!

You can print anywhere on these garments except the seams, which are generally up the sides around the sleeves, and across the shoulders. So nothing that wraps around, for example.

There are lots of really nice designs coming out. I'm going to need to go through and reject some now to make it easier to see what's useable and what's not.

Some of them I'm rejecting, not because they're bad designs (because there's actually some that would be front-runners!) but just because they don't follow the job description.

Don't forget the contest is for front AND back. IF there's only one, there's only half an entry. The total prize money has to go to ONE person at the end, I can't split it up between two to make a complete entry, so if I don't have both front AND back in your entry, I can't choose you no matter how good your design is!

I'm going to reject a few in a minute, not because they're bad designs, but because they don't follow the job description. This just makes it easier for me when looking through them by having ruled out some I know can't be done. :-)

Here's a few great examples of clever use of logos. Note: I realise some go across seams, etc. something we can't do, but they're not there to copy, just to give you ideas!
