We're in need of a creative mind to design the new logo for our Recruiting Company. Here are some insights about what we need:

- Logo Type: We need a combination of text and icon. The text should be clear and professional, while the icon should symbolically represent the essence of our recruiting services, something that speaks to our ability to connect great employers with talented candidates.

The R in the circle ist important.

Meaning: Schnell Mitarbeiter finden (bad translation for this => Fast Employer finding)

also writable in our Logo with Uppercase URL. Schnell-Mitarbeiter-Finden.com

- Color Scheme: We don't have any specific colors in mind. Be creative and we'll provide feedback that guides the final color use. We're open-minded, so go ahead and surprise us with your original ideas.
(but we like to have a trustful blue)

Skills And Experience:
Ideal candidates will have:
- Proficiency in graphic design software
- Proven experience creating unique, eye-catching logo designs
- An understanding of branding, preferably with experience in the HR/Recruiting industry
- Good communication skills to understand our requirements and apply them in the design

We want to full rights of the Logo and all Formats including RAW Data (e.g. Photoshop, Indesign).
