Contest Brief

I am looking for a designer to create an ad for a radio program out of Baltimore. Name of the show "The Jimmy Mathis Show" tagline "More truth than 50k watts can handle" The concept is for the host to be leaning over the two towers (see attached) with one hand on each tower. I wanted to hire the designer before we did the photo shoot. which could be done this weekend. The attached picture of the towers can be used for inspiration, manipulated or can be re-shot. Open to ideas. The towers are known as "TV Hill" if you wanted to google it.
