Contest Brief

To produce using supplied media (Video,Audio,Pictures) a Video presentation lasting max 2min 30 sec to express the opportunities relating to sponsorship/advertising/partnerships with a new leading edge sports facility

New development will be for https://www.pitchero.com/clubs/staffordrufc

New facility ground breaking event - Bill Beaumont ex England and Chairman of World Rugby - https://youtu.be/_1XDW3eBM2c

The new facilities will open in September 2019 and include 1 international sized and floodlit AGP (artificial grass pitch) 1 international sized grass floodlit pitch, 2x full sized grass pitches.

1 x 300 seater spectator stand for AGP pitch

The left hand boundary of the pitches runs alongside the mainline train tract for 500 metres with an unobstructed view

The clubhouse has a full sized gym, 3 meeting rooms with capacity from 60-180 people, 2 bars

The club wish to promote the opportunities to the following segments:

Advertisers - pitch side boards, mainline rail track side, Ground Sponsorship (currently called th county ground but would give naming rights), player sponsorship, match sponsorship, match day dining and tickets, match day programme, multimedia on scoreboard and internal TV displays.

Commercial Partners - To utilise the facilities, meeting rooms, AGP pitch (for example, 5 a-side soccer etc), Weddings, Birthday’s etc.

Community - Promote the club to local residents as a place to visit and drive membership

New players - demonstrate the fantastic facilities and rugby ethos such that we can attract new players

Clearly this is a lot, hence throwing it out there and seeing what great ideas come back
