Contest Brief

I would like a UI design for a POS application. This will be for windows based POS software for now. It has to be a user-friendly, clean, focused, and appealing design. DO NOT COPY DESIGNS FROM THE INTERNET. For now, I need only one page, the main order-taking page.
Attached is a rough layout. Be creative, but nothing too fancy.
Once I have the right person, I will give more pages as separate projects.
Extra details: This is for a touch screen pos terminal. Design accordingly.

      Target industry is restaurants and take aways. The software which will be built using this design will be installed on touchscreen POS terminals. Used by employee and not customer.
