Contest Brief

As the title. Recently purchased a property, have the floor plans ready to share. Property is 120sqm. 2 floors, 4 bedrooms (1 needs to be an office). Have a video link to take you through the property.
Need inspiration and room layout ideas. Want to make the most of the space and not to be cluttered. Willing to listen to the professionals for their opinion.
Would like for the ideas to be visualised, how this is visualised is up to you.
