Contest Brief

I need a someone who can help me create a High Quality New website UI/UX for a PropTech Business

ALL PAGES AND CONTROLS MUST BE RESPONSIVE WEB and MUST WORK IN ALL POPULAR BROWSERS, MOBILE AND TABS

Site Pages

Landing Page
Which will have marketing information, Login Module, Subscription option, testimonials,etc.Profile choosing, Presentation and Video etc. (Want the designer to suggest)


Product Pages
--Admin and User Account/Console Pages
--Search Pages that allow you to specify criteria and then fetches results.
--DashBoards, graphs and Maps

NOTE :We would need to design pages which can show large amounts of data, graphs, analytics and comparisons but still have a slick and simple look for the end user and does not feel crowded and must be fast to load.
(I am open to design Ideas)

Deliverable's Must Include:
-- HTML
-- PSD
-- Any controls etc that are used to create the screen.
-- Also any images etc to be provided by the designer.
-- Plus a Logo to go with it.

The idea is that this will then be given to my development team to make it fully functional.

Anyone who will bid for this job must show that they have given a thought to the design and propose an approach that allows me to keep the Home page etc separate from product screens but still has the same look and feel.

    Clarification The site is a subscription based service so we will need to have a login/Signup page, Also a My account kind of page which shows information about a user/subscription details/Saved Searches etc.. nothing too fancy but usual pages when a user looks at his account... and Admin user will have a little more tabs/subsections but similar look and feel
