Attached are 2 images, each of a person that we would like to have extracted - the background removed where the each person has a transparent background.

Then we would like to have another version created where the tattoos are removed and replaced/cloned with skin color.

We have also attached images of the people with the areas outlined in green that need the tattoo removed.
