Need a Logo for a fast Breakfast Company named BEGGS

Contest Brief

BEGGS is a breakfast company that offers delicious, speedy, and affordable breakfast and premium coffee at half the price currently offered. BEGGS menu consists of scrambled egg burritos with turkey sausage and all forms of coffee. BEGGS is a very nutritional company and has a focus on health, cleanliness, and modern atmosphere. The first BEGGS is probably going to be a food truck on a college campus and may expand into a more Starbucks style restaurant but still very quick. I want a modern looking logo that incorporates most of the description mentioned above. I think a simplistic, modern, and fast looking logo would be cool but I am open to anything. I am by no means a graphic designer so I am counting on you! PS I want Red/Yellow to be incorporated because they are proven to increase appetite and no purple as it is an appetite suppressant. Attached are some sample logos.
