Motion Logo / Logo animation intro - Adobe After Effects - for Swiss e-commerce platform

Contest Brief

We are looking for a good animation expert to animate our logo intro with some nice effects.

It should be simple and classic. Don't add too many elements.

Attached example of the logo concept (but please re-create this yourself in vector format).

1) the animated logo intro could start with DEAL in the red circle drop from top and bounce

2) and then words MEGA and PRO and .CH should be added (use your creativity how)

We are looking for someone creative, who can keep the animation clean and simple.

Animation should be maximum 5-10 sec long. Don't make anything longer than that.

We will provide you feedback quickly!

Color codes to use:

1) white: #FFFFFF
2) black: #000000
3) red: #BF1932

Font to use: Helvetica Now Display Bold (or alternatively if you don't have it please use Roboto):

We will need 3 formats:

Landscape: 16:9
Vertical 9:16
Square 1:1

For the purpose of the contest you can choose any one of these formats.
We will select the best entry and work with the winner to create the missing formats.

Don't use any other colours or add any other text.

The contest will close exactly in 10 days, it will run until the deadline. It will not be closed before and it will not be extended.

Please take your time to prepare good quality entries, but as soon as you have some ideas, the earlier you submit the better so that we can provide you more feedback in order to improve your entries.

We rate as follows:

rejected - not good, major improvements needed
3 stars (***) - there are some good ideas that we like, but not enough to win the contest
4 stars (****) - getting closer to what we are looking for, minor improvements needed
5 stars (*****) - very good - we will select the winner of the contest from among these entries

Some general comments from current entries:

Use the full screen for the logo, please don't leave too much white space.
But avoid text in the top 10% and bottom 25% of the video (requirement for youtube ads).

Animation effect should be quick and engaging. Don't make it too slow as it will be boring to watch for customers.

(optional) You can play with some elements, for example coins or bills dropping - to show that customers can save money. Use your creativity, but keep it simple.

#4

(optional) you can play more with ending of the animation so that it finishes also with a nice impact. for example reversing the same actions as from beginning of the animation. we want customers/viewers to be engaged and not bored with the animation..

please try to start with DEAL and focus on DEAL, as this is the key phrase for the business

you can try to use % symbol (as a symbol for discounts)
