Contest Brief

Hi Freelancers

I'm launching a new Christian podcast titled "The King's Way" and I'm in need of a modern logo and cover photo to represent the essence of the show.

Key Features:
- The design should have a modern aesthetic
- The color scheme for both the logo and the cover photo should be a mix of Navy, Blue, Grey, Gold, and Brown (See images attached of studio inspo and colour scheme)

Logo & Cover Photo Idea:
We don’t have many ideas for the logo right now so we are wanting creative ideas /suggestions.
For the logo must say “The King’s Way”. This is what the name of our podcast will be.

The podcast will be all about “doing life the King’s way”.
Aka doing things / life / everything God’s way.

You can include a logo option that has that sub-line somewhere, “doing life the King’s way” or maybe the sub-line can be used on the cover photo.

One idea I do have is for something that looks like a road sign. A road with an arrow that looks like a cross and the cross is pointing in a direction, UP.

Since the podcast is all about DOING LIFE GOD’S WAY. This was the idea that came to mind. A cross/also an arrow pointing someone THE RIGHT WAY! Could work for the cover photo.


Logo Elements:
- Maybe incorporate a cross as a key elements
- Keep the design minimalistic yet visually striking
- Make sure the logo is versatile and can be easily recognizable across different platforms

Cover Photo:
- The cover photo must reflect the theme of the podcast
- It should be visually appealing and should complement the logo
- The cover photo will be used on various social media and podcast platforms, so it's important that it is of high quality.
- Can I have the cover photo in the following 3 sizes: 1080x1080 (Square), 1080x1350 (Facebook), and 1080x1920 (IG story size/ 9:16 ratio)

Preferably for this one I would like to be sent a Canva template link because that way if we want to do quote images or other things on social media in the same style, then I can use the same font / text and use the same template for social media posts. If this is not possible I will settle for the podcast cover photo, and just to be told which fonts were used and where I could purchase them.

Attachments:
I have attached photos for colour scheme and have attached our inspo photos of what we are aiming our studio / filming space to look like.

    some copycats are uploading original work by changing it slightly which is totally a crime.
    I hope the CONTEST HOLDER respects the original artist. the CH rejected the original entry.
    If any changes or enhancements to the original entry are required, please let the original artist know. Most of the time it is heartbreaking when copycats come in at the last minute and win the competition by slightly altering the original artwork.
