Contest Brief

We are after a logo for our banana smoothie bowls. The main ingredient is banana with other added flavours, blended and served in a bowl like icecream. Mai'a is Hawaiian for banana. We would like to use this aspect of Hawaii and nature in our logo, keeping it clean and simple.
Our brand is based around a vegan, wholesome, organic, healthy, simple, clean, minimal lifestyle.
We are after just black font on white background as the product itself would be colourful and our cups would probably be white also. For the font we are thinking something capitals and clean for "MAi'A". Then for "mess' more of a messy, cursive writing. Then a sketched banana leaf, maybe curved underneath ie to look like a bowl.
The logo would be used on our branding for website, flyers etc but also on stickers and bowls. Wouldn't be too big or busy.
