update the attached logo for a land estate called "Northgate Greenvale" must be edgy, but simple - "Greenvale" to be smaller 2 colours max, must be a blend between the wording . grey, or Green , or Green Colours eg. light & dark green

North as a consideration (arrow etc)

Logo needs to be 2 dimensional can be on 2 lines with Greenvale smaller - Modern sharp fonts

Industry - land development

possible ideas - creative wording (eg. use different fonts)

Output to be supplied as vector art eps & photoshop AI plus greyscale
