Contest Brief

We require a logo design that is our company name "sathive". It is not set in stone, but right now it should be only a font name of our company.
You are welcome to visit our early stage website mock-up http://www.sathive.com/

For inspiration a little more about the company:
Campany is dealing with manufacturing industries anywhere from production companies to logistical ones. Mainly business is focused on small to medium industrial service manufacturers. The logo should be sleek, simple and minimalistic I am attaching a mockup of the website that was made for us some time ago, it contains a logo in the top left corner that would represent what we are looking for.

We need a logo for use on our website, presentation and marketing material and business cards. Package with all different configurations of the logo- coloured, B&W, with white background and w/o background ect.

Deliverables:
- actual logo in editable format (ai or eps, preferable) - including a version of the icon separated from the text if applicable.
- logo in a non-editable format.
- a guide on logo usage in pdf format. Please include following info:
1. Colour swatches for main logo colours (and backgrounds if applicable)
2. Positioning guides (minimum margin, minimum size etc.)
3. examples of usage for both light and dark versions, tied into dos and don'ts (if possible).

Feel free to propose your creative ideas.
