Contest Brief

Looking for a slight change of the floor plan for a brand new city apartment (soon to be built) and for the complete interior design (2D and 3D rendering, video would be a great plus).
The styles of the apartment urban modern / contemporary with Scandinavian touches.
The floor plan attached is the proposal of the building developer so please don't mind the details, take into account only the rooms size (details in square meters, height for all rooms at 2.75 meters)

First of all, the floor plan attached need to be slightly modified as follows:
1. 1/2 batch near entrance would turn into a small walk in dressing\
2. Kitchen - i want to be semi-closed with glass walls (Scandinavian style or other that would suit the overall design); by semi-closed i mean that should be able to open the area close to living/ dining and create an open space.
3. Bath 1 - i want to reduce the size of it and create a big wardrobe closet on the side close to the kitchen (on full length and height). this means that the entrance into the Bath 1 should be done directly from Bedroom 1(so close the proposed entrance from Hall and make an en-suite bathroom instead).
4. The hall should be able to host the washing machine and dryer (could be close to kitchen or eat some space out of Bath 2).

Interior design:
i would like full interior design done for each room:
1. walk in dressing (modified from 1.2 bath)
2. living and dining area
3. Kitchen
4. Hall
5. Bath 1 and 2
6. Bedroom 1 and 2
7. Terrace (15m2 - 815cm/ 180cm)
8. Balcony 1 and 2

The delivery elements have to be composed of 2D and 3D rendering (3D animation would be a plus), super realistic design.

Any new idea is welcomed as long as it stays inside the above asks.
