Graphic Design for A Real Estate SOLD Sign

Contest Brief

We are a Real Estate Team. We already have a logo designed (see attached), but we are wanting to create a special “Sold” sign that we can give our clients to hold out front of their new home while we take a picture of them.

We like different shapes and want it to look different than the traditional White and Red sold sign.

This sign does not need to be hung, it simply needs to be held by our clients for the picture. So irregular shapes are okay. We will be printing them on a Chloroplast background.

Major points for creativity. We like light colours (greys, whites, whatever matches, etc. but blue from our logo is cool too).

The only two items that must be in the sign:
- Our Logo (see attached)
- The word “SOLD”

We would like delivery of the graphic in all file formats (PSD, AI, JPG, TIFF, PNG, etc).
