Contest Brief

I am looking for someone that can look at my past Facebook campaigns and:

1. Create custom and lookalike audiences
2. Set up lots of facebook ads, to test what messaging resonates
3. Set up well organized campaigns where I can jump in at any time and understand what's going on.
4. I'm looking for someone who has a proven track record and methodical testing strategy
5. I will write the ad copy and putting imagery together

I need someone with a testing strategy who knows how to quickly navigate the ads manager and will ultimately save me money on ads. Thanks! jen
