Exterior 3D rendering of the entrance to a new community of homes.

- Must have a monument sign in a way that hides the gas stations next to the community entrance.
- Add nice trees or high shrubs along the white fence behind the monument to help hide the gas station.
- Fence behind homes could be a high wooded picket fence or brick wall.
- Community name on the monument sign is CORTLAND HILLS.

  I only have the Google Maps view; I added a couple of JPGs named CORTLAND ENTRANCE. There's also a manual sketch with the idea of how we would like this entrance to look from the street.
