Contest Brief

I saw this design that I want to replicate.
It looks like a ball with 4 human faces on it.
I have attached an image so you can see what I mean.
The finished file should be for a *.stl file for 3D printers.

The ball will have the following faces on it:
Face 1: Eyes open, tongue out
Face 2: Left eye open, right eye closed, grinning
Face 3: Eyes shut, with tears, sad mouth
Face 4: Left eye closed, right eye open, grinning

I really like the original design from the image so I would like it to be as close to that as possible.
