Contest Brief

For a new Android mobile app I am looking for an innovative designer with experience and the ability to make difficult things look easy.

The project:
The app helps the user to apply for a new job.
Jobs the user would like to apply for:
Administrator, team leader, lower middle management mainly in the commercial and technical field.
The key feature should be the simple and fast creation of application documents.

Target group: 25-40 years old,
more male ~65%,
average medium education,
few or no experience with job applications.
Little interest or time to take care of the application and or lazy or
No desire to worry about "paperwork".
Rather below average income with the aim of making themselves financially better off.

Main functions:
User can search for jobs in the app.
Manage job searches and job applications
Create and send application documents

There are first rough wireframes and a rough draft of the requirements.
A name and a logo do not yet exist. Please use placeholders here.

I expect from the selected winner
1) To create all necessary screen designs and to hand over the corresponding specifications and information to the front developer within 4 weeks.
2) To think innovatively about the functions and the display / embedding of these functions and to create an innovative and intuitive user interface in cooperation. My main focus is on the design of the page "Create cover letter". On this page I will see if the person has experience or manages to make this "boring" process easy and fast.

These wireframes and requirements are not set in stone and are more for guidance.

Due to the complexity, I will divide the project into the following milestones:

1) Selection of the designer based on 3 screen proposals.
(registration/login page, start page, page to create a cover letter)

2) Finalisation of the first 3 screens
(login, start page, page for creating a cover letter)

3) Finalising the following screens
(Job search and search results incl. selection of a job, search results detail page, page for creating a CV, overview page of the selected jobs, or the jobs to which the user has applied)

4) Remaining work
logo, APP icon, user profile page incl. edit function, add job manually, missing screens showing the workflow how to send an application

The total price will be paid according to the milestones.

Milestone 1 = 10% of the total price
Milestone 2 = 20% of the total price
Milestone 3 = 45% of the total price
Milestone 4 = 25% of the total price
