Contest Brief

The FOP Benevolent Fund is rebranding itself and looking for a new logo. Attached are the images we have come up with. I am looking for someone to clean them up and make them look much more professional.
The image with the First Responder flag and the FOP logo, I am looking to see if you can make the FOP logo into a watermark, So the First Responder Logo stands out, but in the background you can see the clear FOP logo as well.
The second image, just looking to make the FOP flag to the right and the First Responder flag to the left.
