Contest Brief

I need an image designed for a website. It will be the first thing you see when you go to the site.

Image is a banner that will be between the sizes of 900x150 and 900x250
Needs to incorporate the name "Make American Government Small Again" in it as well as including elements from the following images:
1200px-Gadsden_flag.svg (We would like to see the snake, possible wrapped around the US Capitol building. The phrase "Don't Tread On Me" shall be omitted.

We would like to see the US Constitution fit somehow into it.

The overall theme should be yellow with black wording.

Please look at #12 as this is the closest sofar to what we want. The colors, and imagery are great, only thins might be to do something a little different with the constitution in the background, and filling in more of the image itself with it?
