First Alliance Group of Companies

Solely owned by BATC investments (Battleford Agency Tribal Chiefs), the First Alliance Group of Companies targets specific industries within the construction sector through joint ventures with established firms.

- First Alliance Employment Services (Employment Services) is the labour supply division within the First Alliance Group of Companies. Employment Services will provide unskilled, semi-skilled, and skilled labour to joint venture partners on projects in Saskatchewan and Alberta

- First Alliance Energy Services (FAES) is the energy services division within the First Alliance Group of Companies and has a joint venture agreement with SITE. The four year joint venture agreement targets projects in Saskatchewan and Alberta where participation of First Alliance will lead to a potential competitive advantage.

- First Alliance Civil Contracting (FACC) is the civil construction division within the First Alliance Group of Companies and has a joint venture agreement with Hugh Munro Construction Ltd. (HMCL). The four year joint venture agreement targets projects in Saskatchewan and Alberta where participation of First Alliance will lead to a potential competitive advantage.

- First Alliance Construction Solutions (FACS) is the construction division within the First Alliance Group of Companies and has a joint venture agreement with Helios Developments (Helios). Helios offers project management and construction in the commercial, industrial, and residential sectors with a focus on renewable design. The four year joint venture agreement targets projects in Saskatchewan and Alberta where participation of First Alliance will lead to a potential competitive advantage.
